How to convert a Contingency Item into a Contingency Action

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Risks tab, available in the Work workspace.

  3. In the Risks Home Page – Single project selection, click on the Risk Name of the Risk card to open the Risk dialog box.

  4. In the Contingency section, click on the Contingency_Plan___Risk_Factors_popup.png button to open the Contingency Plan popup.

  5. Select the Contingency Items sub-tab.

  6. Click on the More (MoreVertical) button available on the Contingency Item row and select Convert.

  7. The Action Name is fulfilled automatically in the Action popup.

  8. Enter the necessary information.

  9. Click on the DONE button to close the Action popup.

Note

The Contingency Item is not displayed anymore in the Contingency Plan popup as it has been converted into a Contingency Action.
