The % Applied field indicates the portion of the Resource Timesheet that has been “applied” as opposed to the overall Timesheet for a given Resource and the time frame selected.
This is computed as follows: Applied Labor Assignments Actual Effort / Timesheets Actual Effort.
The % Applied indicator will be displayed differently depending on its value:
Green – The % Applied is 100%; the Timesheet has been fully applied.
Grey – The % Applied is lower than 100%; some Actuals still need to be applied.
Note
The % Applied takes into account all the selected projects when in multi-project selection.
