The Project Manager can approve the submitted actuals and apply them at the same time by clicking on the Approve & Apply command.
Settings
Depending on the options selected by the Administrator in the System Settings workspace, Project Settings folder, Time Tracking Options tab, features or displayed information can differ from one system to another.
