[en] Please find below the description of the themes and reports available in the Resource Dashboards workspace.

[en] The Team theme provides a series of reports that allow users to review the Resources’ availability to work.

[en]Resource Capacity

[en] The Resource Capacity report provides the Available Effort grouped by Job Classification or Organization. The user can also drill down to review each Resource Utilization.

[en] Resources belong to the selected Organization(s).

[en]Team Status

[en] The Team Status report provides a spreadsheet allowing the user to review the resources Total Effort/Available Effort ratio, as well as their absences.

[en] The Workload theme provides a series of reports that allow users to review the Resources and Cost Items amount of work.

[en]Organization Statistics

[en] The Organization Statistics report provides a series of charts to review the statistics of the resources, as well as a list to review the resources’ key attributes.

[en] Resources belong to the selected Organization(s).

[en]Resource Utilization

[en] The Resource Utilization report allows the user to see the Resource overallocation at a glance by comparing each Resource Total Effort with its Available Effort from a project perspective.

[en] Resources and soft assignments belong to the selected Organization(s).

[en]Cost Items Utilization

[en] The Cost Item Utilization report allows the user to see the Cost Item over-allocations at a glance by comparing a Cost Item’s Total Units with its Available Units.

[en] Cost Items belong to the selected Organization(s).

[en]Effort Distribution

[en] The Effort Distribution report provides a spreadsheet allowing the user to compare each Resource's Baseline Effort with the corresponding Total and Actual Effort.

[en] Resources belong to the selected Organization(s).

[en] All project managers should use the same best practices to save their baselines for this report to be relevant.

[en]Commitments

[en] The Commitments report allows the users to compare key information regarding Resource commitments coming from the Resource Commitments workspace. Subsequently, the Resource Manager can evaluate the remaining capacity of the selected organizational branch.

[en] Use of the Requests & Commitments resource acquisition capability.

[en]Work Items

[en] The Work Items report allows the user to review the Work Items that have been assigned to each resource of the selected Organization.

[en] Work Items whose “Assignee” field has been filled in with a Resource from the selected Organization.

[en] Time Tracking theme

[en] The Time Tracking theme provides a series of reports that allow users to review the Resources entered time from the Timesheets.

[en] The Overview report displays the status of the time tracking completion within the team by showing the ratio between the expected Working Days and the Timesheet Actual Effort in days.

[en] Timesheets are filled in by users in the Timesheet workspace and managed by the Resource Manager in the Resource Validation workspace.

[en] The Timesheets report displays the detailed Timesheets for the selected time period.

[en] Timesheets are filled in by users in the Timesheet workspace and managed by the Resource Manager in the Resource Validation workspace.

[en] The Analytics report allows the user to compare the time spent for each project, based on the selected Group By display option (Portfolio, Project, Resource, or Date).

[en] Timesheets are filled in by users in the Timesheet workspace and managed by the Resource Manager in the Resource Validation workspace.

[en]Project Actuals

[en] The Project Actuals report allows the user to compare the project and Timesheet Actual Effort values (and therefore review whether or not the actuals have been applied).

[en] Timesheets are filled in by users in the Timesheet workspace and values are applied by Project Managers in the Work workspace, Tracking tab.
