The following milestones are considered as “Monitored”:
Tasks whose Duration is equal to 0 and that have been added to the Watch List
Tasks whose Workflow has been set to “Gate”
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Work workspace, Gantt tab.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
In the Gantt spreadsheet, click on the Gear (
) button of the Milestone you wish to add to the Watch List, and select the "Add Task to Watch List" command.
The same steps can be followed to access the "Remove Task from Watch List" command and therefore indicate that the Milestone is no longer to be monitored.
To proceed to the following actions, you need to have created the tasks first.
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Work workspace, Phases & Gates tab.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
Select the Phases/Gates mode (
).Click on the Enable Filters (
) button.In the Filters popup, switch on the Show All Tasks option, and close the popup.
Click on the More (
) button of the task you want to turn into a Gate, and select the Turn Task into Gate command.
In order for the OTD values to be available, you need to save a Baseline (
