Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Work workspace, Phases & Gates tab.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
Select the Phases/Gates mode (
).Click on the Enable Filters (
) button, if you need to activate filters.Click in the cell of the Workflow State field of the Gate for which you want to modify the workflow.
Click on the (
) arrow to display the available Workflow State.Select a new Workflow State.
Upon approving a Gate, the user will be prompted to enter the date to consider as the Gate Actual date (Planned date, today’s date, or a specific date) and the % Completed will be fulfilled with a 100% completion.
Upon changing the workflow state to Approved, the Manage Baselines dialog box is displayed. It enables users to save a new baseline.
The user will not be able to approve a Gate if all the Deliverables marked as “Mandatory” are not 100% Completed.
