Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Idea Center workspace.
Select an Idea Folder in the Idea Folders Selector.
In the Overview mode (
), click on the Details (
) button of the Idea you want to approve. As a consequence, the view automatically switches to the Details mode (
), with the selected Idea made current.Click on the Workflow (
) button, and one of the following commands:Approve – Upon clicking on this command, the user indicates that the selected Idea passed the approval process, but without taking any action regarding the Idea yet. The status of this Idea is set to Approved.
Approve with Creation – Upon clicking on this command, the user indicates that the Idea passed the approval process. He/she will be prompted to create a new project, which will be connected to the Idea. The status of this Idea is set to New Project.
Approve with Connection – Upon clicking on this command, the user indicates that the Idea passed the approval process. He/she will be prompted to select an existing project to which the Idea will be connected. The status of this Idea is set to Connected.
