(Task to Task Dependency – Image Mapping)
As a Program manager, my first goal is to create my program in order to give informative data to the Project Managers of the sub-projects that are part of my Program.
The Program is the Source object.
The Security System and Brake System projects will support the Target tasks.
The Source object is a Task. Indeed, in our example, sub-projects will be created as tasks in the Program.
“Task to Task” dependencies have to be created using an “Image” Mapping Type as the Program Manager just wants to give informative data to the Project Managers. Sub-projects have to be managed by their respective Project Managers.
