Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Work workspace, Phases & Gates tab.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
Select the Phases/Gates mode (
).Click on the Enable Filters (
) button, if you need to activate filters.Click in the cell of the Workflow State field of the Phase for which you want to modify the workflow.
Click on the (
) arrow to display the available Workflow State.Select a new Workflow State.
Important
Upon completing a phase whose % Completed is not 100%, the user will be prompted to update the % complete value.
Note
The user will be prompted to update Deliverables upon selecting the last workflow state for Phases.
