The Timesheet Status (also referred to as the “Overall Status”) is the lowest Timesheet Status for a selected time frame. For example, if all Actuals have been entered for a Resource Timesheet with several Tasks, but only one Task Actuals have been submitted, the overall Status of the Timesheet will remain as “Working”.
The possible statuses are the following (from the lowest to the highest):
None | No Actuals have been entered for the corresponding timeframe. |
Working | Actuals have been entered, moving the Timesheet from a non-working (inactive) phase to a working (active) phase. |
Submitted | A Submit command has been executed, submitting the Actuals to the Project Manager for approval. Submitted Timesheet Actuals cannot be modified. |
Rework | Submitted Actuals were not accepted but sent back to Team Members for rework. |
Reviewed | Submitted Actuals have been reviewed. This Status is only available when a Timesheet has been reviewed from the Resource Validation workspace. |
Approved | Submitted Actuals were accepted and approved. This Status is only available when a Timesheet has been approved in a Work workspace, Tracking tab. |
While the overall Status is available at the Resource Timesheet level, the Status can also be displayed at the Task Assignment level.
