Important
Only Administrators can modify Cost, Time, and Quality Weights at the system level.
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the System Settings workspace, Project Settings folder, Global Options tab, Health Score sub-tab.
Select the values for Cost, Quality, and Time Weights in the different pick lists.
Select a Project Nature, if you want those indicators to be available only for a certain Project Nature.
