Whether Project managers are planning one or many projects, they should first review where the assigned resources are allocated.
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Resources workspace.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
Select the Resources tab.
Select a Pivot and display options to facilitate the reading.
Analyze the resource utilization.
To have further information on a specific Resource, click on the DETAILS button to open the Assignment Details full screen view.
Proceed to the necessary adjustments if needed by using the commands available in the Hard Assignments view or Soft Assignments view.
Select the Tasks tab.
To facilitate the reading of the Tasks spreadsheet, select the desired display options and filters.
Analyze the resource utilization.
