リスクを重複とし、別のリスクにコネクトする方法

ワークフローステータスの選択による方法

ワークフローステータスの選択によってリスクを重複とすることができます。

  1. HTML 5クライアントにログインします。

  2. リスクタブでリスクカードにあるリスクの名前をクリックしてリスクダイアログボックスを開きます。

  1. [en] In the Risks Grid, click on the Workflow State Vote cell of the Risk you wish to duplicate.

  2. [en] Select the Duplicate Workflow State Vote in the pick list.

  3. [en] Select a Risk in the Global Risks popup.

  4. [en] A connection is created.

  5. [en] In the [en] Risk Card, the コネクション section is automatically activated displaying information regarding the connected Risk.

  1. [en] In the Risks Grid, click on the Open button available on the right-hand side of the Risk Name to open the [en] Risk Card.

  2. [en] Click on the Workflow State and select Duplicate in the pick list.

  3. [en] Select a Risk in the Global Risks popup.

  4. [en] A connection is created.

  5. [en] The コネクション section is automatically activated displaying information regarding the connected Risk.

コネクションの作成による方法

この方法は、ワークフローステータスが"クローズ"の場合にしか利用できません。

  1. HTML 5クライアントにログインします。

  2. リスクタブでリスクカードにあるリスクの名前をクリックしてリスクダイアログボックスを開きます。

  3. [en] In the Risks Grid, click on the Open button available on the right-hand side of the Risk Name to open the [en] Risk Card.

  4. コネクションボタンをクリックして、コネクションセクションを開きます。

  5. コネクションセクションの既存に接続ボタンをクリックして、リスクポップアップを開きます。

  6. リストからリスクを選択します。

  7. リスク同士がコネクトされます。
