Sciforma allows you to log and capture buffer values over time by using the Log Capture feature. This function creates and captures data points for the Fever Charts and Buffer reports commonly used in Critical Chain. Performing Log Capture also captures historical data for the CCPM Projects.
The project manager will execute this command each hour/day/week/month based on the desired tracking interval for the project.
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Work workspace, CCPM tab.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
Select the Fever Chart mode (
).Click on the Log Capture (
) button.
