[en]Status Overview

[en] The Status Overview report has been designed to help Project Managers to keep track of the Status of the selected projects (in terms of Workflow State, Status Report, and Health Score).

[en] This report is relevant when the Status Report and/or Health Score features are used.

[en]Milestone Trend Analysis

[en] The Milestone Trend Analysis report allows the user to review the evolution of a specific type of milestone.

Solo los hitos seguidos (es decir, las tareas que tienen una duración igual a 0 y se han añadido a la lista de Elementos seguidos, o las tareas que tienen un proceso de «Punto de revisión»).

[en] To be selected, Milestones must have the same names across the selected projects.

[en]Performance

El informe Desempeño presenta toda la información relevante para que el usuario pueda comprar los cambios que se producen en los proyectos de las carteras seleccionadas en relación con los valores de sus líneas base.

[en]Capacity Planning

[en] The Capacity Planning report allows the user to review the Capacity Forecast and Available Effort for the selected time period and projects.

La previsión de capacidad es la introducida en el espacio de trabajo Centro de organización, pestaña Previsión de capacidad.

[en]Project Effort Breakdown

El informe Desglose del esfuerzo del proyecto presenta una matriz, con la que el usuario puede revisar fácilmente el esfuerzo de los proyectos de las carteras seleccionadas.

El informe Comparación de líneas base permite que el usuario compare las fechas, el esfuerzo y el costo de dos líneas base distintas para cada uno de los proyectos de las carteras seleccionadas.

[en] The Releases report allows the user to review the progress of the Releases, and more specifically the status of the Iterations attached to the Releases.

[en] The Epics report allows the user to review the progress of the Epics, and more specifically the status of the Backlog Items belonging to those Epics.

[en] The Roadmap report allows the user to review whether or not the Agile phases of the projects are properly synchronized with the rest of the project when combining the Agile methodology with another methodology (such as Waterfall, for instance).

Para tener en cuenta un proyecto, este debe tener ingresos, la función Facturación activada (opciones de Configuración) y el Modo de facturación establecido en un valor distinto de «Ninguno».

[en] The Savings report provides a time-distributed view of the selected projects Savings (Project Savings and Transactions whose Type is “Savings”).

Para tener en cuenta un proyecto, este debe tener ingresos, la función Facturación activada (opciones de Configuración) y el Modo de facturación establecido en un valor distinto de «Ninguno».

Las Ganancias del proyecto se introducen en el espacio de trabajo Finanzas del proyecto.
