The Dependencies sub-tab available in the Project Card, Administration tab, aims at helping Project Managers review the dependencies their projects have with other Business Cases, Projects, Products, or Programs. They can then better anticipate the impacts of external changes on their Projects.
On the right-hand side of the main toolbar, the Dependencies tab features a view mode selection toolbar:
Inbound Dependencies | Provides the user with information regarding the dependencies coming from a Source Object. | |
Outbound Dependencies | Provides the user with information regarding the dependencies going to a Target Object. |
The Inbound Dependencies mode () displays two spreadsheets, which provide users with the information for all dependencies that come from Source Objects (Projects or Tasks). The selected project is the Target Object.
The Project-To-Task spreadsheet displays the: Source Project’s name, Source Project’s Workflow State Vote, Project’s Nature, Mapping Type, and the Last synchronization date.
The Task-To-Task spreadsheet displays the Target Task’s Name, Source Task’s Name, Source Project’s Name, Source Task’s Nature, Mapping Type, and the Last synchronization date.
For both spreadsheets, the following tools are available:

Notes | Indicates whether or not there are new notes, and opens the Notes dialog box of the Source Project or Task. |
