How to score an Idea

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Ideas Center workspace, Ideas Grid.

  3. Click on the Open button available on the right-hand side of the Idea Name you wish to score to open the Idea Card.

  4. In the Idea Card, go to the Scoring section. If the section is hidden, click on the SHOW button available on the Scoring section title line to expand the section.

    Note

    When accessing the Scoring section for the first time, some indicators can already be filled in by default by the Administrator, depending on the Default Scoring Template associated to the folder.

  5. For a given indicator, define a Value by clicking on the corresponding cell, and then click again on the cell's Hamburger (menu.png) icon.

  6. In the prompted list, select the desired value by clicking on it. Once the value is selected, the points are automatically computed in the Points column of the spreadsheet, and the Total Score is updated accordingly.

    Tip

    The user can modify an entered value by clicking again in the cell and:

    1. Click on the Hamburger (menu.png) icon to select another value

    2. Click on the Remove (close.png) icon to delete the current value

  7. Repeat the process for all the relevant scoring indicators.
