How to associate a Purchase Order to the Task

Purchase Orders need to have been previously defined.

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Projects Center workspace and open the Project Card.

  3. Select the Billing tab.

  4. Select the Grid mode (viewmode_activegridtable22_md.png).

  5. Click on the Browse (Hamburger) button available in the Purchase Order cell of the task that needs to be attached to a Purchase Order.

  6. In the Project Purchase Order list, select the Purchase Order that is to be attached to the task.

Note

As soon as the Purchase order is associated to a task, the Task Billable Amount will be taken into account at the Purchase Order level.
