Tags dialog box

The Project Tags feature allows the user to create and assign tags to the project’s tasks. These tags can then be used in the following views:

Gantt Filters – The user can use the Tags section of the Gantt Filters dialog box to only display the tasks with the selected tags in the Gantt chart.
Theater – In the Work workspace, Gantt tab, Theater mode, tags can be displayed in their own color in the full screen mode.

The Tags dialog box is made up of two sections:

Current Task Tags	Provides the list of the tags assigned to the currently selected task. Clicking on the Remove () button moves the corresponding tag to the “Available Project Tags” spreadsheet.
Available Project Task Tags	Provides the list of existing project tags that have not been assigned to the Task. Clicking on the Add () button moves the corresponding tag to the “Current Task Tags” spreadsheet.

In addition, the “Available Project Tags” section provides the following tools:

	New	Allows the user to create a new tag. Upon clicking on this command, the user is prompted to enter a Name and a Color for the new tag to create.
	More	Provides access to the following commands: Edit – Allows the user to change the name and color of the tag. Delete – Allows the user to delete the tag. Deleting a tag will also remove it from all the tasks it was assigned to.
