Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Work workspace, Gantt tab.
Select a project in the Project Data Selector.
In the Main toolbar, click on the Edit (
) button to open the Project Administration dialog box.Select the Definition folder, Stakeholders section.
Click on the
button to open the Permissions Advanced Attributes popup.
Select some Permissions in the Permissions field picklist.
When Project Permissions are managed this way, no workflow should be assigned to the Project as Project permissions are overridden by the Default Permissions assigned to workflows.
Select a Workflow in the Workflow field picklist.
When Project Permissions are managed this way, no Permissions should be assigned in the Permissions field as permissions are entirely determined by the workflow definition.
The Workflow field can be initialized by a Project Type. In that case, the workflow is not editable and is in read-only.
