Risk Factors popup

The Risk Factors popup will display a different set of data depending on the display option (CarouselGrey) selected:

  • Current – Shows the current values of the Risk and Risk Factors indicators.

  • Mitigated – Shows the mitigated values of the Risk and Risk Factors indicators.

The Current Risk Level section is identical to the corresponding section in the Risk dialog box.

Note

When the display option is set to “Mitigated”, then the section is named “Mitigated Risk Level”, and is identical to the corresponding section in the Risk dialog box.

The Consolidated Risk Level section displays the average of the Risk Factors values (i.e., Probability, Severity, Time Impact, Cost Impact, and Quality Impact) to provide the user with a computed estimation of the Risk Level.

Upon clicking on the Copy to Current button, the consolidated values will be copied in the Current Risk Level fields.

The spreadsheet provides a list of the Risk Factors with the following attributes: Name, Category, Probability, Severity, Time Impact, Cost Impact, and Quality Impact.

Upon clicking on the Details (EditPenGrey.png) button, the Risk Factor Details popup is displayed.

The following commands are available to manage Risk Factors:

NewProject

New

Adds a new row to the spreadsheet, allowing the user to define a new Risk Factor.

DeleteRed

Delete

Allows the user to delete the selected Risk Factor(s). This command is only available if at least one Risk Factor is selected (i.e., the corresponding checkbox is ticked).
