How to review Tasks that have Change Requests related to them

Settings

The steps described below are the ones when the Enable Work Items Home Page Charts option is enabled by the Administrator in the System Settings workspace, Work Management Settings folder, Global Options tab.

  • Log in to the HTML5 client.

In the Work Items tab

  1. Select the Work workspace, Work Items tab.

  2. Then select a Project in the Project Data Selector.

  3. Click on the number of open Change Requests in the upper right corner of the Change Requests Chart section to open the Work Item full screen view, Inbox tab.

  4. In the Filters panel, select Tasks.

  5. Click on the ONLY label in order to filter the Change Requests of one Task.

  6. To display the Change Requests of several Tasks, select a first task as explained above. Then click on the More (MoreVertical) button of a second task and select the Add as filter command.

    Note

    Click on the REMOVE button to remove the filter of the selected task.

  7. Click on the (search_clear22_md.png) button to close the full screen view.

In the Gantt tab

  1. Select the Work workspace, Gantt tab.

  2. Then select a Project in the Project Data Selector.

  3. Select the task for which you want to review the Change Requests.

  4. In the Task panel, available on the right-hand side of the Gantt chart, select the Work Objects tab (Work_Object_Blue_22.png).

  5. Click on the Change Requests (NextChevron) label to open the Work Item full screen view, Build tab.

  6. Click on the (search_clear22_md.png) button to close the full screen view.
