How to analyze the Capacity Planning of Cost Items

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Capacity Planning workspace.

  3. In the Data Selector, select the desired Portfolio Folders, and then the desired projects.

  4. Select the Cost Items tab.

  5. Click on the Enable Filters (FilterGrey) button to narrow down the Capacity Planning analysis per Organizations, Cost Items, Cost Item Category Name, and/or Cost Item Unit Group.

  6. In the Charts section, clicking a Project's Name available in the Legend will exclude the workload from the chart.

    Note

    This feature allows the user to directly review changes in the chart but has no impact on the Gantt section.
