How to create Lessons Learned

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. If you want to create Lessons Learned:

    1. At the Project level, select a project in the selector, and then select the Lessons Learned tab available in the Administration workspace.

    2. At the Portfolio level, select a portfolio folder in the selector, and then select the Lessons Learned tab available in the Portfolio Work Management workspace.

    3. At the Work Package level, select a work package in the selector, and then select the Lessons Learned tab available in the Work Package Work Management workspace.

In the Lessons Learned tab – Inbox mode

  1. Select the Inbox mode (viewmode_activeinboxtray22_md.png).

  2. Click on the + LESSONS LEARNED button.

  3. In the Lessons Learned Creation dialog box, enter the necessary information.

  4. Click on the CREATE button.

  5. The new Lesson Learned is added to the Lessons Learned List panel.

In the Lessons Learned tab – Grid mode

  1. Select the Grid mode (viewmode_activegridtable22_md.png).

  2. Click on the New (NewProject) button.

  3. In the Lessons Learned Creation dialog box, enter the necessary information.

  4. Click on the CREATE button.

  5. The new Lesson Learned is added to the spreadsheet.
