[en] Risks Center workspace

[en] The Risks Center workspace constitutes a unique entry point to display all the Risks the logged-in user has read or write permissions to. It provides all the relevant information and tools to manage the Risks.

[en] Main toolbar

[en] The Risks Center workspace main toolbar provides the following commands and display options:

[en] Allows the user to select a view. By default, the following views are available with the Default Configuration:

  • [en]Relevant to me – Displays all the Risks for which the logged-in user is either the Creator or the Owner (Assignee).

  • [en]Assigned to me – Displays all the Risks for which the logged-in user is the Owner (Assignee).

  • [en]Created by me – Displays all the Risks for which the logged-in user is the Creator.

  • [en]All Risks – Displays all the Risks for which the logged-in user has read or write permissions.

Anmerkung

[en] Users' own preferences can be saved as views, allowing them to customize their experience within the application, enhancing usability and efficiency. The following functionalities can be saved as part of a view:

  • [en] Displayed columns

  • [en] Columns order

  • [en] Columns width

  • [en] Sort

  • [en] Group

  • [en] Filters

[en] Once the grid has been modified according to the user's own preferences, the view can be saved by clicking on the button available in the Views field. The user will then be prompted to enter a View Preference Name in the displayed popup.

[en] Opens the Create a Risk popup, allowing the user to select a Portfolio Folder, Project, or Work Package the Risk will be related to.

[en] Once the Portfolio Folder, Project, or Work Package has been selected, an empty [en] Risk Card is displayed, allowing the user to fully define the Risk.

[en] Allows the user to filter the Risks list by searching for a specific name.

[en]Filters

[en] Opens the Filters popup, which offers the capability to filter the Risks according to various criteria.

GroupByButton.png

[en] Groups the Risks according to the option selected.

ColumnsButton.png

[en] Displays the list of columns that can be shown, hidden, or reordered in the Risks Grid.

Anmerkung

[en] The upper part of the list displays the shown columns.

[en] To hide a column in the Risks Grid, click on the ShownButton.png button available on the right-hand side of the field name.

[en] To show a column in the Risks Grid, click on the HiddenButton.png button available on the right-hand side of the field name. Consequently, the field name will be placed in the lower part of the list.

[en] To reorder the columns in the Risks Grid, hover the left-hand side of the field row, then drag and drop the row to the desired position.

Einstellungen

[en] Only the fields that are part of the Object field sets can be displayed. This list is managed by the Administrator in the Designer, Fields view.

[en] Grid view

[en] The Risks Grid available in the Risks Center workspace provides a spreadsheet listing the Risks and some of their attributes. By default, the following columns are displayed: Name, Key, Project, Related Task, Type, Current Level, Owner, Impact Cost, Impact Time, Due Date, Estimated Date, and Workflow State Vote.

[en] Users can modify the columns displayed in the Risks Grid by clicking on the Columns.png button in the [en] Main toolbar.

[en] The Flag column provides the ability to flag and unflag the Risk by clicking on the icon.

[en] The Notes column indicates whether or not there are new notes, and opens the Dialogfenster Notizen.

[en] Clicking on the More (More_Vertical.png) button available on the right hand-side of each attribute's column header provides access to the following options to optimize the display of the grid:

[en] Hides the column in the view

[en] Clicking on the Open button available on the right-hand side of the Risk Name opens the [en] Risk Card.
