How to add Resources to the Project Team

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Work workspace, Gantt tab.

    1. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

    2. In the Main toolbar, click on the Edit (EditColor) button to open the Project Administration dialog box.

    3. Select the Team folder, Project Team sub-tab.

  3. OR, select the Administration workspace.

    1. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

    2. Select the Team tab, Project Team sub-tab.

  4. Click on the Add Team Members (addresourceblue22_md.png) button.

    1. Select the desired Organization branches in the Organization popup.

    2. Click on the OK button.

    3. The Organization popup switches to the Resource popup.

    4. Select the desired Resources, and click on the OK button.

    5. Resources are added in the form of Team Members spreadsheet.
