How to define the Roadmap

Once the Agile project is defined, the Product Owner will have to create the Project Roadmap, as to say, the number of releases and iterations necessary to complete the project.

How to define the Releases

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Work workspace, Agile tab.

  3. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

  4. Click on the STRUCTURE label available at the bottom of the Project Information panel to access to the Project Structure full screen view.

  5. Select the Releases tab.

  6. Click on the New (NewProject) button to open the Release dialog box.

  7. Enter the relevant information.

How to define the Iterations

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Work workspace, Agile tab.

  3. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

  4. Click on the STRUCTURE label available at the bottom of the Project Information panel to access to the Project Structure full screen view.

  5. Select the Iterations tab.

  6. Click on the New (NewProject) button to open the Iteration dialog box.

  7. Enter the relevant information.

  8. Do not forget to:

    1. Select a Start Date and a Finish Date if no Default Iteration Duration has been entered.

    2. Attach the Iterations to the Release.

Note

If a Default Iteration Duration has been entered, the Start Date and Finish Date will be fulfilled automatically from the creation of the second Iteration.

Upon entering those dates, the X-axis of the Burndown Chart will be computed automatically.

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Work workspace, Agile tab.
