Work Items

Work Items are all the elements that gravitate around a project (or portfolio, or work package) and impact teamwork. More recently, Work Items have also held an important role in Project Management processes, as they may help reduce the complexity of planning and help streamline communication and execution within a team.

In this theme, you will learn how to manage Issues, Actions, Change Requests, and Deliverables.
