Once Cost Centers have been defined by the Administrator, it is possible to define a Budget at the Portfolio level.
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Portfolio Center workspace, Budget tab.
Select a Portfolio folder in the Data Selector.
Select the Portfolio Budget mode (
).
Click on the New (
) button, and select one or several Cost Centers in the Global Cost Centers popup.
Click on the OK button to close the popup.
In the spreadsheet, enter the budget distributed values.
