By default, the user who created the project (as indicated by the project’s Initiator field) has Write permissions permission and is the only user who can grant, revoke, or change permissions for other users.
Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Projects Center workspace and open the Project Card.
Select the Overview tab, Definition sub-tab.
In the Stakeholders section, select permissions in the following fields: Organization Readers, Organization Writers, Users Readers, and Users Writers.
