Log in to the HTML5 client.
Select the Timesheet workspace.
NoteOnce logged in, the Timesheet view displays all the tasks on which you have been assigned for the current time frame.
Select a new time frame if necessary.
Enter the Actual Effort in each cell.
If you did not work during a time interval, leave the cell blank.
The Timesheet Status changes to Working.
As long as the Status is Working, values can be modified. If the user logs out, values will be saved but will still have the Working Status.
If you have worked on a task which was not planned, you can assign yourself to it.
Assignments are only possible on Published Project Tasks.
If the project is already displayed in the Timesheet:
Click on the Add Assignment () button available on the right hand side of the Project's name.
In the Task list, click on a Task's name to add the task directly to the Timesheet, or select several tasks by ticking the corresponding checkboxes, and click on OK.
If the project is not displayed in the Timesheet:
Click on the button to open the Project list.
By clicking on the the desired project, the list switches to the corresponding project’s Task list.
Click on a Task's name to add the task directly to the Timesheet, or select several tasks by ticking the corresponding checkboxes, and click on OK.
Enter the Actual Effort in each cell.
If you did not work during a time interval, leave the cell blank.
The Timesheet Status changes to Working.
Sciforma provides the ability to auto-assign resources on non-project related tasks so that users can submit complete Timesheets to include time off for vacation, sickness, etc.
Click on the button.
Select one or several tasks in the Tasks list. The selected task(s) will be added to the Timesheet in a section named “Non-Project”.
Enter the Actual Effort in each cell.
The Timesheet Status changes to Working.
Tasks available in the Non-Project project are created by the Administrator.
