How to define the Agile Teams

The Product Owner has to create his Agile Team in order to estimate his Team Capacity.

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Work workspace, Agile tab.

  3. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

  4. Click on the STRUCTURE label available at the bottom of the Project Information panel to access to the Project Structure full screen view.

  5. Select the Teams tab.

  6. Click on the New (addWhiteBlue22_md.png) button to display the Team Details view.

  7. Enter the Team Name.

  8. Choose a way to bring people into the team:

    1. Create Team from Scratch – Allows the user to add new Team Member(s) to the current Team. The prompted User list displays users who belong to the Project Team.

    2. Import the Project Team – Allows the user to import the users from the Project Team. This option is only available when the “Import from Assignments” option is not available.

  9. For each member, enter a Default budget Points that is taken into account per Iteration.

Note

Only resources belonging to the Project Team and who are also Users can be part of the Iteration Team.

The Project Team is accessible by clicking on the PROJECT TEAM label.
