How to create the Project Team

Before assigning resources on your project, the Project Team will have to be created.

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Work workspace, Gantt tab.

    1. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

    2. In the Main toolbar, click on the Edit (EditColor) button to open the Project Administration dialog box.

    3. Select the Team folder, Project Team sub-tab.

  3. OR, select the Administration workspace.

    1. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

    2. Select the Team tab, Project Team sub-tab.

  4. To create the Project Team, you can:

    1. Click on ADD MY TEAM button and select one of the following options:

      1. My Team Only

      2. My Team and sub-teams

    2. Upon clicking on one of the options, a message will appear prompting you to select all the Resources attached to the same Organization branch as the one attached to the Manager 1, or to select all Resources attached to the same Organization branch (including sub-organizations) as the one attached to the Manager 1.

    3. Click on the YES button.

    4. Resources are added in the form of Team Members spreadsheet.

  5. You can also add some Team Members, by clicking on the Add Team Members (addresourceblue22_md.png) button.

    1. Select the desired Organization branches in the Organization popup.

    2. Click on the OK button.

    3. The Organization popup switches to the Resource popup.

    4. Select the desired Resources, and click on the OK button.

    5. Resources are added in the form of Team Members spreadsheet.
