Health Score

The project Health Score indicator is based on objective and quantitative values and allows the user to identify at a glance how the project is doing. In this way, project managers can be proactive and anticipate potential slippages when projects are failing or leaning in the wrong direction.

Sciforma collects a large amount of data regarding projects of all natures and their various components that is then taken into account in the Health Score algorithm.

The Health Score of a project is broken down into three parts, which correspond to the Project Management Iron Triangle: Time, Cost, and Quality. The combination of those three values will result in a global score, whose maximum value will be 100. The higher the score, the healthier the project is.

The global score is computed as follows: (Time Weight x Time Score + Cost Weight x Cost Score + Quality Weight x Quality Score) / (Sum of Weights).
