How to enter Description & Scoring values

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Home Page workspace, Evaluation tab.

  3. Select a project in the Project Data Selector.

  4. Select the Description sub-tab, and enter some text in each section.

  5. Then, select the Scoring sub-tab.

    Note

    Depending on the Scoring Template, some indicators can already be filled in by default by the Administrator. However, the user can still modify the values to adjust the score.

  6. Define a Value by clicking on the corresponding cell, and then click again on the cell’s Browse (Hamburger) icon.

  7. In the list of possible values that pops up, click on the desired value.

  8. Once the value is selected, the points are automatically computed in the Points column of the spreadsheet, and the Points field of the section is automatically updated as well.

Some cells in the spreadsheet can have an additional display:

  • Orange cell on the right-hand side – No value has been entered yet for the given Indicator.

  • Question mark (Help) icon – The Administrator has left a comment or a description regarding this indicator. Upon clicking on the icon, a pop-up displays the corresponding information.

It is possible for the user to modify the value by:

  • Clicking on the Browse (Hamburger) icon again to select another value.

  • Clicking on the (search_clear22_md.png) icon to delete the current value.

Note

The scores and descriptions can be changed as many times as the user chooses to do so.
