For each project, the spreadsheet lists the number of open items, as well as the total number of items for each category. When hovering the mouse over the progress bar, a popup with the following information is displayed: Progress in %, number of Closed Items, and Cycle Time (i.e., the average time spent between the Open and Closed states).

A red dot (Status_Indicator_Red_Dot.png) will be displayed next to the number of open items if at least one of the Work Items in the selected category features one of the following alerts: Overdue, Planned beyond Due Date, and Estimated in the Past.

The user can also interact with the spreadsheet as follows:

  • Upon clicking on the project Name, the corresponding Project Brief dialog box is displayed.

  • Upon clicking on the Details (chart22_md.png) button, the corresponding project Work Items Dashboards full screen view is displayed.

  • Upon clicking on the Focus (FocusBlue.png) button, the corresponding project Focus full screen view is displayed.

  • Upon clicking on the number of items for a given category, the corresponding Work Items full screen view will be displayed.

Home Page mode (Chart-driven)

The Chart-driven Home Page in multi-project selection allows the user to review the Work Items of the selected project(s) and navigate to the full screen views.

For each Work Item category, a chart is displayed, indicating the number of corresponding Work Item by time frame among the following: Past, Current Month, Beyond, and Unplanned.
