The maximum number of resource effort units available for all projects for a specified time period.
If the resource is assigned to multiple projects, this field indicates the availability for all projects.
The resource availability will be 100% for the time period defined by the calendar.
For example:
If the calendar's work ranges of the Resource equal 8h/d, the availability must be set to 8h/d, even if the Resource works only part-time.
If the calendar's work ranges of the Resource equal 7h/d, because of a System Time Scales set to 7h/d, the availability must be set to 7h/d, even if the Resource works only part-time.
