The Lessons Learned Categories sub-tab available in the System Data workspace, Work Objects tab, enables you to create categories for Lessons Learned.

Lessons Learned categories are optional.
The Lessons Learned Categories spreadsheet provides the following commands:
 | Allows you to insert a new row in the spreadsheet. You can then enter a Name to complete the type creation. |
 | Allows you to delete a type. This command is only available when at least one type is selected (i.e., the corresponding checkbox is ticked). |
