How to modify an Issue Workflow State

Settings

The steps described below are the ones when the Enable Work Items Home Page Charts option is enabled by the Administrator in the System Settings workspace, Work Management Settings folder, Global Options tab.

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select:

    1. The Work workspace, Work Items tab, if you want to modify an Issue workflow state related to a Project.

      Then select a Project in the Project Data Selector.

    2. The Portfolio Work Management workspace, Work Items tab, if you want to modify an Issue workflow state related to a Portfolio.

      Then select a Portfolio Folder in the Data Selector.

In the Work Items full screen view, Board tab

  1. Click on the BOARD button available in the Issues Chart section.

  2. In the Work Items full screen view, Board tab, drag and drop the Issue cards in the Board.

  3. Click on the (search_clear22_md.png) button to close the full screen view.

Note

Board views can only display items sharing a common workflow. If different workflows are available, it will be compulsory to use filters to reduce the scope.

In the Work Items full screen view, Inbox tab

  1. Click on the number of open Issues in the upper right corner of the Issues Chart section to open the Work Item full screen view, Inbox tab.

  2. Select an Issue in the Work Items List panel.

  3. In the Work Item Details view, click on the Workflow (WorkflowAction) button and select a Workflow State.

  4. Click on the (search_clear22_md.png) button to close the full screen view.
