How to send the Answered Requests to the Project Manager

Important

This action is only possible if the Request status is "Submitted".

  1. Log in to the HTML5 client.

  2. Select the Resource Allocations workspace (RM).

  3. Select an Organization in the Data Selector.

  4. In the Requests tile, click on the INBOX button to display the Resource Allocations full screen view, Requests tab, Requests Inbox sub-tab.

  5. If needed, use the Filters panel (FilterGrey) to narrow down the list of Allocations Requests found in the Requests List panel.

  6. Select a Request in the Requests List panel.

  7. In the Request Details view, click on the Workflow (WorkflowAction) button, and select the "Send the answered Request to the PM" command.

  8. The Request Status changes to Answered.

  9. Click on the Close (close22_md.png) button to close the Resource Allocations full screen view.
