How to assign Resources in a non-uniform manner

No matter which Distribution type is the default, the one selected is considered a uniform assignment, meaning that the assignment is linear over the duration of the task.

In some situations, Project managers sometimes have the need to assign resources in a non-uniform manner.

If your Schedule Mode is "Critical Chain", do not forget to select the Planning Mode. The Switch to Tracking Mode (alarm22_md.png) button must be displayed in the Main toolbar.
